salted-seeded matzo bark

I am full in this Arbonne 7-Day Body Cleanse…the problem? Craving sweets.  It must be the old story, you want what you can’t have.  So, along comes something that has good stuff in it but also the stuff that I crave.

I had some of these things in the pantry to make a bark a while ago and thought that this was the perfect time.

This bark uses an extra bittersweet chocolate and some healthful seeds (like chia and pumpkin), along with a touch of salt to bring out the yummy chocolate.  It is just what I need to satiate those chocolate/sweet cravings!  And it is super fast to whip up…

Line a baking sheet with parchment and line the bottom with matzos.

Melt 8 ounces (two bars) of the chocolate according to package instructions and pour over the matzo.  Spread it out…

Sprinkle with your seeds and a bit of salt.

Allow to cool and then break it up.
